Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts

  • 1 can pineapple, no sugar added (save the juice!)

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce

  • 1/4 cup tomato paste

  • 2 tsp garlic powder

  • 2 tsp chili powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

Directions

  1. In a food processor or blender, blend together soy sauce, tomato paste, garlic powder, chili powder, paprika, and pineapple juice from can.

  2. Marinate chicken breasts in mix overnight or for at least four hours.

  3. Air fry with 2 slices of pineapple on top at 375 F for 20 minutes, flipping chicken halfway through.

Note: Don't cook with pineapple unless you're planning to eat day of. Air fried pineapple should be made right before you plan to eat it because it doesn't hold in the fridge well. You can air fry it independently at 375 for 10 minutes.

Makes 4 servings. Good in the fridge for 2-3 days.
