Ingredients
1 cup 2% fat greek yogurt
1 cup flour (to be extra healthy you can use 1 cup white and 1 cup)
1 tbsp water
2 tsp
1 egg
Rosemary Olive Oil Bagels
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup rosemary, chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
3/4 tsp salt
Cinnamon Sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
Pinch of salt
Everything
1 1/2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 F and grease a baking pan.
Make an egg wash by beating 1 egg with 1 tbsp water. Set aside.
Combine greek yogurt, flour, and flavor-specific ingredients. For everything and cinnamon sugar, set aside 1/2 tbsp of everything seasoning/cinnamon seasoning to top.
Beat together with a fork until dough is tacky but not overly sticky. If the dough sticks to your hands a bunch, you need to add more flour.
Brush bagels with egg wash.
Add remaining everything seasoning/brown sugar.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden grown.
Makes 4 bagels. Store remaining bagels in an airtight container for 3-4 days or freeze individually and toast to defrost.
