The Viral Greek Yogurt Bagels

Ingredients
  • 1 cup 2% fat greek yogurt

  • 1 cup flour (to be extra healthy you can use 1 cup white and 1 cup)

  • 1 tbsp water

  • 2 tsp

  • 1 egg

Rosemary Olive Oil Bagels
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/4 cup rosemary, chopped

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 3/4 tsp salt

Cinnamon Sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar

  • Pinch of salt

Everything
  • 1 1/2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 F and grease a baking pan.

  2. Make an egg wash by beating 1 egg with 1 tbsp water. Set aside.

  3. Combine greek yogurt, flour, and flavor-specific ingredients. For everything and cinnamon sugar, set aside 1/2 tbsp of everything seasoning/cinnamon seasoning to top.

  4. Beat together with a fork until dough is tacky but not overly sticky. If the dough sticks to your hands a bunch, you need to add more flour.

  5. Brush bagels with egg wash.

  6. Add remaining everything seasoning/brown sugar.

  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden grown.

Makes 4 bagels. Store remaining bagels in an airtight container for 3-4 days or freeze individually and toast to defrost.
