Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup water
1/2 milk of choice
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup greek yogurt
1 peach, diced
Directions
In a small pot, bring water to a low boil.
Reduce heat to medium-low and add milk, oats, cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg, and salt.
Cook for five minutes or until the oats have absorbed most of the moisture, stirring regularly.
Remove from heat and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
Fold in greek yogurt and peaches.
Makes 1 servings.
