Blueberry Coconut Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 3/4 cup lite coconut milk

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1.5 tbsp sweetened coconut flakes

  • 1/3 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1 tbsp cup chocolate chips

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions
  1. Add all ingredients to an air-tight container like a mason and jar stir.

That's it :)

Lasts up to 7 days in the fridge. I like them re-heated for 2 minutes (remove and stir at 1 minute) but you can also eat them cold. Alternatively, can be frozen for up to 3 months. To eat from frozen, move to the fridge the night before, then reheat as normal.
