Ingredients
5 whole wheat English muffins
5 Morningstar veggie sausage patties
5 egg whites
5 slices of cheddar cheese
Mason jar lid
Directions
At medium heat, spray a pan with cooking spray.
Grease mason jar lids thoroughly with cooking spray
Separate egg white from yolk. Put one egg white in each lid (you can do this one at-a-time or if you have multiple lids can do multiple at once).
Cook until egg is no long transparent. Then flip and cook 1-2 minutes on other side.
Thaw and cook sausage patties according to package instructions.
Slice and toast English muffins.
Place half of each toasted English muffin in a frying pan on low heat and top with one slice of cheese.
Cover and allow cheese to melt.
Add on veggie sausage patty and egg white and top with other half of muffin.
Makes 5 sandwiches. Good in the fridge for 3-4 days or individually wrap in aluminum foil and freeze. To reheat from frozen, unwrap place in air fryer at 350 F for 8 minutes. To reheat from fridge, pop in air fryer at 250 F for 5 minutes.
